Job requirements:

· Electronics or computer engineer or with equivalent knowledge – required

· Previous experience in training, preferably technical training – required

· Technical knowledge and knowledge of communications protocols

· Very strong proficiency in English – required (ability to write presentations and conduct training courses in English)

· Additional languages are an advantage – preference for Spanish

· Proficiency in Office software

· Willingness to travel abroad frequently (from a week a month up to 50%)

Opportunity to join the software team, conducting development in an RT environment at the various levels of the network. The position focuses on developing components for a satellite modem for the next generation of the Gilat's products.

· University or Technion graduate with a minimum average of 85 – required

· Undergraduate degree in computer science / computer engineering – required!

· Acquaintance with C language and knowledge of data structures – required

· Knowledge of code writing for applications in the RT/Embedded system – advantage

· Military background in technology and/or software checks – significant advantage

· Experience in RT OS VxWorks environment – advantage

Responsibility for implementation of complex projects including integration of Gilat systems with third party equipment. Professional authority for integration issues. Responsible for the process from solution conceptualization through implementation. Interaction with suppliers and internal interfaces while providing professional and quality responses in this field.

· Several years experience in the field at a system integration company or similar/relevant position

· Experience in project management: examining customer requirements, formulating responses, defining budgeting timetables, dealing with subcontractors, etc.

· Knowledge of communication networks, IP, TCP/IP – required

· Knowledge of CCNA, CCVP, CCNP, CCDA – an advantage

· High level English – ability to fully express oneself verbally and in writing

· Willingness to undertake 6-8 trips abroad annually

Content expert and focal point for electronic election systems and all related issues. Overall commercial and integrative responsibility for all marketing, technological, and public aspects. Leadership of the presale phase with all complexity involved.

· In depth knowledge and understanding of electoral system issues in general, and information systems for election management in particular

· Previous relevant experience in leading an election project – required
